We are research and clearances specialists with diverse backgrounds and long track records in entertainment business affairs in the Hollywood TV and film industries.

Keith Relkin, president and CEO, has clearance experience spanning two decades, working for Disney in the areas of TV and film production, theme parks, home video and consumer products.  His credits include documentaries like Al Gore's Academy Award winning documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth," the Tyra Banks Show, numerous reality TV shows and network specials (Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, etc.) as well as games for Mattel and Disney.  Keith has great relationships for talent clearance.

Karen Falzone, our music clearance specialist, has worked in business affairs for Starz and brings a wealth of deal-making experience to the table.  Karen has extensive knowledge of music licensing and established relationships with record labels and music publishing houses.
